Loved the garden space - it was really tranquil
and a wonderful space to sit and relax at any time of the day.
Great veggie breakfast with home made sausage and baked beans with extra flavours.
Nigel is always on hand if you need anything.
He’s friendly and approachable but also not intrusive.

And the breakfast was delicious- the best veggie sausage I’ve ever had;
home made. Would not stay anywhere else in Kent if just 2 of us. Thank you!!
Lovely, clean and comfortable, cosy accommodation
with nice hot showers and everything we needed,including towels, shampoo etc.
There was milk, sugar, tea and coffee plus biscuits next to the kettle.
The cooling fan was appreciated in the hot weather and there was good wifi and TV.
Nigel could not have done more to make our stay perfect.
He cooked us great breakfasts, served to us in the garden,
and also allowed us to spend the day relaxing in his lovely garden.
Walking distance to Tesco Express, a good fish and chip takeaway plus buses and the train station.
Thanks so much Nigel, you are a great host.
What a lovely spot for our Kent getaway.
Exactly what the photos show, easy to get to and easy to get into Herne Bay.
Would definitely recommend for a weekend.
Cosy stay that's nicely located in peaceful area
and you can easily walk to sea front in about 15 minutes. Bed was comfortable.
At night there were motion detector lights leading back to the accommodation and that was a nice touch.
All in all, we were happy with our stay.
We had a very lovely stay at Mango Lodge.
The little house is set in Nigel’s beautifully maintained garden,
where we were able to enjoy a nice breakfast every morning.
There was coffee, tea, biscuits, and dog treats in the accommodation, which were always restocked.
From the lodge, it was only a short drive to the coast, where we could go on wonderful outings with the dogs.
We felt very comfortable and at home.
We we're in the area to celebrate a joint birthday party.
We only needed a one night stay and Mango lodge was perfect. Very clean comfortable and cosy.
Nigel was extremely helpful regards taxis etc. Was very friendly and he was welcoming.
Would certainly recommend and would most definitely visit again.
Quaint log cabin in garden of owner's house. Perfect for our one night stopover.
Had everything we needed. Nigel was delightful, friendly and the breakfast he cooked next morning was amazing
and served alfresco in the sunshine on the decking outside, made it even more perfect.

We met Nigel upon arrival, who was absolutely lovely.
We loved how well thought out everything was from the teas, coffee, fresh milk and home made cookies to the hairdryer.
There were even board games which I thought was a lovely touch. The communication from Nigel was fantastic.
He messaged me pretty much as soon as I booked with options for breakfast and to ask if we required single beds or a double.
The breakfast menu was excellent although we didn't order anything this time but we will be back in the future.
